We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. After the return is approved, the items must be postmarked within 3 business days in order for the return to be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused. Personalized items are not eligible for return and are final sale.

If your return is accepted, buyer pays for return shipping, and once the item is received in new condition, a refund will be given minus $6 to cover initial shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.

** International Orders — Final Sale All international orders (outside of the United States) are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for international orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@fracturefashionz.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can make it right.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges are available for US orders only.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (minus shipping costs) within 10 business days. With orders that included free shipping, you will be refunded the price of the item minus shipping costs. Most shipping costs are $6, but can vary depending on the item being returned. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
