  • 1. Sling Size and Fit

    It’s essential to ensure that your arm sling fits correctly for both comfort and support. If you find that your sling is too tight or too loose, consider adjusting the straps or consulting our size guide for the best fit.   • 2. Sling Adjustments

    Sometimes, the initial setup of your arm sling may require adjustments. If the sling feels awkward or doesn’t seem to support your arm properly, check the strap lengths and positioning. Make sure the elbow is tucked all the way in to the back of the sling and it is positioned correctly against your body, and adjust the straps as needed for optimal support. Most times, just tucking your elbow in to the back of the sling resolves the problem.

  • 3. Strap Length Adjustment

    In the event that the strap of your arm sling feels a little too short, please contact us immediately for a replacement. We want to ensure that your sling fits perfectly and provides the support you need during your recovery.

    All cotton arm slings are machine washable in warm water and tumble dry low. It is best to place the arm sling in a launder bag (or zippered pillowcase) with the velcro closure shut. To maintain the dazzling appearance of your sequined arm sling, gently spot clean it with a damp cloth and mild detergent. It is best to avoid machine washing or drying, as this may damage the sequins and fabric.

    If you receive a sling that is defective or damaged, please inspect the item upon receipt. Contact us immediately with details and photos of the issue, and we will evaluate the situation to make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority.
